An exciting opportunity has opened up for a bright, commercially minded Trading Executive to join a high-performing media sales team at one of the UK's leading Digital Out of Home (DOOH) providers. This role offers the chance to work closely with major agency partners—particularly Posterscope and MediaX (MX)—and be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity meets data-led trading.

The Role:

The Trading Executive will support on the day-to-day management of key agency trading relationships, assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of revenue-generating campaigns. From campaign administration to stakeholder updates and performance tracking, this role is central to ensuring seamless delivery and long-term value for both agency partners and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the trading team in delivering revenue across Posterscope and MX agency groups

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with agency planners and buyers

  • Assist in managing bookings, campaign schedules, and contract delivery

  • Monitor and report on trading deal performance and campaign delivery

  • Prepare campaign documents including availability reports, post-campaign analysis, and wrap-up presentations

  • Share insights and updates with agency contacts on new sites, product developments, and research findings

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Finance, Marketing) to ensure high-quality campaign delivery

  • Master internal systems such as Salesforce and booking platforms to ensure accurate reporting and deal management

  • Represent the company at agency meetings and relevant industry events
