An exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially driven Media Sales Executive to join a growing Digital-Out-of-Home (DOOH) business operating across a network of digital screens in premium residential buildings throughout London.
This role is focused on developing direct relationships with brands and small independent media agencies, offering tailored advertising solutions that connect with targeted urban audiences. The successful candidate will have a strong background in media or advertising sales, particularly with a focus on direct-to-client engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across key sectors such as Finance, Interiors, Fashion, Beauty, Food & Drink, and Health & Wellness

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with advertisers and independent agencies

Deliver high-quality sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client objectives

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and ongoing account growth

Work collaboratively with internal operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and optimisation

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reporting and forecasting

Keep up to date with industry trends and client-side marketing challenges to inform sales strategy
Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in media sales, ideally with a focus on direct client relationships

Background in DOOH or OOH media is desirable

Proven track record of generating new business and growing existing accounts

Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, solutions-focused sales approach

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Confident in using CRM systems and reporting tools

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team
