Konnected+ is a fresh and fast-growing media sales house, launched in 2024 by John De Napoli. We represent premium AV content platforms including ATMOSPHERE TV and (confidentially) a major UK sports channel broadcast exclusively in over 30,000 pubs and bars across the country.

We're not your typical sales team – we're lean, ambitious, and moving fast. With a standout media proposition and serious growth plans, we’re now looking for an exceptional Account Manager or Account Director to take charge of a key agency patch and help scale our commercial success.

The Role

You’ll be the face of Konnected+ to your agencies – building relationships, pitching proactively, and closing high-impact AV, sponsorship, and digital deals. You’ll have the autonomy to run your patch your way, with the support of a collaborative and high-energy team behind you.

This is the perfect opportunity for a confident media sales professional who loves building client connections, thrives on hitting (and beating) targets, and wants to be part of something genuinely exciting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow revenue from your agency patch – across spot, sponsorship, promotions, and digital

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with TV buyers, planners, client leads and digital teams

  • Proactively respond to briefs and create compelling media proposals

  • Keep our proposition top-of-mind with regular meetings, updates, and smart sales collateral

  • Be out in market – aiming for a minimum of 10 external meetings per week

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery

  • Be a champion of Konnected+ and our platforms in everything you do

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in media sales – AV, OOH, digital or sponsorship ideal

  • Strong agency relationships and confidence working with planning/buying teams

  • Commercially savvy, target-driven, and self-motivated

  • A natural communicator and presenter

  • Organised, proactive and a team player

  • A love of sport is a definite bonus!

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.45pm
(With early finish incentives some days!)
