Description

An ambitious and fast-growing Digital Out of Home (DOOH) media business is looking for a Head of Agency Sales to take the lead on driving revenue from OOH specialists and media agencies. With a unique nationwide screen network across over 500 premium convenience store locations, the business already works with some of the world’s biggest FMCG brands — and is now looking to unlock even greater potential through the agency channel.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role, reporting directly to the CEO. It's perfect for a commercially minded, proactive salesperson who thrives on building relationships and has a solid understanding of the OOH or digital media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of all agency relationships, from outreach to closing.

  • Sell impactful advertising solutions across a national network of digital screens.

  • Focus initially on FMCG brands via OOH specialists, with scope to expand into new categories.

  • Manage pipeline and performance reporting using CRM tools.

  • Represent the business confidently in meetings, pitches, and industry events.

 Ideal Candidate:

  • Solid background in media sales – ideally within DOOH, OOH, or digital advertising.

  • A strong network across media agencies and/or OOH specialists.

  • Comfortable working independently and reporting at senior level.

  • Confident communicator and skilled presenter.

  • Self-starting, motivated, and eager to drive real revenue growth.
