As an Agency Account Manager, you’ll become the go-to contact for a set of key media agencies — building strong relationships, shaping impactful pitches, and helping brands get the most out of the medium. This role sits at the intersection of insight, creativity, and commercial focus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong relationships with key media agency contacts across your patch

  • Develop detailed account plans and revenue forecasts to drive a strategic sales approach

  • Collaborate with internal teams on standout proposals that align with client objectives

  • Own regular face-to-face meetings, events and check-ins to keep your patch active and engaged

  • Manage up effectively, coordinating senior-level involvement where needed

  • Present clear, data-driven arguments that influence advertiser media choices

  • Consistently hit commercial targets and sales KPIs

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in media sales — ideally within the Out of Home, digital, or integrated space

  • Confidence communicating at all levels, from planners to senior stakeholders

  • A consultative approach and the ability to align campaign ideas with client success metrics

  • Strong organisation and pipeline management skills

  • A naturally collaborative style and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

The Package

  • Salary dependent on experience

  • Up to 25% OTE commission
