A fast-scaling digital media business is transforming how premium brands engage with affluent, urban audiences — through a network of high-end digital 6-sheets placed in residential buildings across London.
To support the next phase of growth, we’re hiring a Business Development Manager to take full ownership of all direct-to-brand sales. This is your opportunity to build a revenue stream from scratch, influence strategy at a leadership level, and work with some of the most exciting brands in luxury, lifestyle, and tech.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the full direct sales cycle — from identifying and approaching new brands to pitching, closing, and campaign delivery
Sell premium advertising space across a growing network of digital screens in high-end residential settings
Build and execute a direct sales strategy alongside senior commercial leadership
Partner with the agency sales team to ensure full market coverage
Identify high-potential verticals (luxury, automotive, finance, wellness, etc.) and develop tailored outreach plans
Maintain pipeline and performance tracking using CRM tools and provide regular reporting
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in media sales — ideally in DOOH, OOH or digital
A strong network and track record managing direct client relationships
A strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to business development
Confident presenting ideas and proposals to senior decision-makers
Self-motivated, independent, and excited by the pace of a scale-up environment
