This is a unique opportunity to lead sales and partnership activity across two exciting fronts: a high-profile mobility platform and a portfolio of growing media agencies. You’ll be the key connector between a major platform partner and a fast-moving media business — co-pitching to brands, owning agency relationships, and helping shape the commercial growth strategy from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

With a Key Platform Partner:

Act as the main point of contact on joint pitches, proposals, and campaign strategy

Collaborate with their commercial and marketing teams to uncover new advertiser opportunities

Co-pitch to brands, agencies, and partners with a compelling joint proposition

Align on revenue targets and ensure seamless campaign delivery

With Media Agencies:

Build and grow relationships across small-to-mid-sized media agencies

Deliver tailored pitches and standout ideas that win briefs and spark interest

Keep the brand front of mind during planning cycles and key campaign moments

Identify upsell opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships

Internally:

Work closely with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing to ensure messaging is sharp and aligned

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting

Represent the business at events, meetings, and pitches

Bring fresh thinking to help differentiate and elevate the proposition

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years' experience in media sales, partnerships, or commercial development

Background in OOH, digital media, or brand partnerships a plus

A natural relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills

Confident, articulate, and adaptable in high-energy pitch environments

Highly collaborative – thrives in cross-functional, partner-led roles

Strong multitasker who’s comfortable with a varied, fast-moving pipeline

Self-starter who’s energised by growth, pace, and entrepreneurial environments
