A leading player in the media space is looking for a Digital Sales Manager to drive new business and grow digital revenue across SME and independent agency markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, results-driven sales professional to take full ownership of their pipeline and make a visible impact in a high-growth digital environment.

The ideal candidate is a natural hunter with a strong network in the digital media space – someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and staying ahead of the curve in a fast-moving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business activity targeting independent agencies and SME advertisers.

  • Develop and convert digital opportunities with a barter-led approach.

  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across agencies and client-side brands.

  • Collaborate with internal media and client services teams to deliver tailored value propositions.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends across programmatic, performance, and digital innovation.

  • Represent the business at industry events, agency meetings, and networking opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital media sales – ideally within ad tech, programmatic, or digital networks.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

  • Existing relationships with independent media agencies and direct advertisers.

  • Experience working with SMEs or fast-growing brands.

  • Highly commercial, resilient, and target-driven with a proactive mindset.

  • Confident operating independently with full ownership of sales strategy and reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of the digital landscape – including platforms, DSPs, or audience/data solutions.
