Purpose of the Role:
Our Client are seeking a dynamic Programmatic Sales Specialist to sell advertising solutions to Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). The ideal candidate will bring B2B sales experience, a strong grasp of ad tech and the programmatic ecosystem, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets in this space. Responsibilities include developing DSP relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering tailored client solutions.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow DSP partnerships and meet revenue targets.

Identify and build relationships with decision-makers at DSPs, ad exchanges, and media buyers.

Share market insights and client feedback to influence sales and product strategy.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client and DSP needs.

Source leads via networking, digital sales tools, and industry events.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to increase DSP adoption of programmatic offerings.

Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive activity.

Deliver impactful sales presentations, demos, and proposals.

Ensure excellent client service and seamless campaign execution.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential:

Experience: 3+ years in programmatic advertising sales, focused on DSPs in the UK.

Technical Know-how: Deep understanding of RTB, Open RTB protocols, and DSP operations.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.

Sales Abilities: Proven track record of lead generation, deal-closing, and exceeding targets.

Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Agility: Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven settings.

Insights: Strong analytical skills to assess trends and refine strategies.

Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
