The Role

My client is looking for a consultative salesperson & negotiator who is responsible for creating demand & driving market beating revenue. The ideal candidate will be a talented Account Executive who has a deep understanding of the brand and is passionate about winning versus the competitors through display and creative excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Day to day contact for print & digital planners and buyers for allocated agency patch
  • Sell display and creative opportunities across print & digital and upsell across the wider portfolio where possible
  • Ensure clear communication and delivery of brand strategies across the agency hub
  • Devise and develop incremental revenue opportunities across the brands
  • Work with other hubs to share creative ideas
  • An expert on a portfolio and a member of the brand’s virtual sales team- attending meetings as arranged by the BD for that brand and responding to all requests for market and sales information
  • Responsible for delivering the advertising plan
  • Maximise share and revenue opportunities through up selling & cross selling
  • Working within the virtual sales team to hit the weekly target
  • Create incremental revenue opportunities from deals
  • Ensure all creative concepts are agreed by editorial via the Brand Director
  • Service key clients within agency patch
  • Excellent knowledge of our brands & marketplace
  • Create deep relationships with all contacts
  • Creating growth opportunities within agency and client patch
  • Hit agreed call targets in your patch
  • Ensure that all agreed processes are delivered on time eg updating bookings, order confirmations, lead chasing etc
  • That agreed preparation and material is delivered for all meetings
