Purpose of Job

As Project Manager your principal responsibility is to ensure partnerships go live on time, within budget and achieve the set KPI’s.  You are expected to service the clients to a high standard throughout the process and keep them updated on all analytics on a weekly basis. As well as provide a full PCA at the end of the campaign and weekly status reports.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To act as the main point of client contact, delivering high standards of client service externally with both clients and agencies
  • To manage the workflow of multiple projects efficiently, delivering projects within budget and to deadline and agreed KPI’s
  • To manage multiple internal stakeholders: Development, Creative, Tech, Ad Operations, Sales and Editorial,
  • To act as a quality control to ensure the standard of creative work including design and copy meets the client brief and is in keeping with each brands style and tone
  • To monitor project progress, ensuring KPIs are met, making recommendations and finding solutions to improve performance where needed
  • To work with campaign manager to produce weekly/monthly reports detailing campaign performance against the set KPI’s as well as producing a full campaign Post Campaign Analysis within one week of the end date of the campaign

Skils Required

Strong knowledge of digital production process.

  • 2 years running digital partnerships
  • Highly organised and has outstanding attention to detail.
  •  Strong communication skills.
  •  Team player.
  •  A can-do attitude and ability to offer solutions.
  •  Remains calm under pressure.
