Job Title - Account Manager
Reporting - This role reports to Head of National Agency Sales (London)

The Account Manager will use their ability and expertise to build and foster excellent
relationships with key customers and influence buy-in to leverage all possible revenue
opportunities. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a highly fluid
and agile working environment, who can deliver excellent customer service with innovative
sales solutions.
The candidate will oversee a portfolio of agencies both media and OOH, ensuring our
Media are achieving high yields and a maximum share from each advertiser/campaign.
As an Account Manager you will be expected to understand our business in detail and look
to develop areas of opportunity, contributing to our growth.
The role demands proactivity, enthusiasm, passion and the determination to always find a
way to make sales and move business forward.

Responsibilities of the role
• Contribute to delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly sales team targets
• Develop and nurture new and existing relationships with external partners
• Collaborate with customers in order to grow and develop new sales
• Creation and presentation of proactive pitches
• Achieving the best possible share on each brief
• Working closely with colleagues and the wider team on new revenue
generating initiatives
• Accurate forecasting to the department heads
• Working alongside Head of National Agency Sales to increase revenue and
representation within agencies and OOH specialists.
• Have a detailed knowledge of our products, departments and the
interdependencies between
• Alongside the Head of Agency Sales, be at the forefront of our new trading
methods – Impressions based model, AG and Programmatic (including third
party suppliers)
• As the team expands, support the development of new team members
• Using CRM and other data sources to analyse agency and client revenue to
best understand performance and implement actions

The candidate
• Demonstrate relevant experience in media sales
• Excellent understanding of the UK media landscape
• Strong software skills including Excel, PPT, CRM.
• Demonstrate hitting and exceeding sales targets consistently in a team
environment (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
• Proactive sales approach and able to deliver creative and innovative solutions
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
• Resilient and flexible individual who is interested in developing their career
• Proactive and motivated individual with a passion for OOH
• The ability to work under pressure and deliver against deadlines
