What you’ll be doing

As an Agency Account Manager, you’ll have four key focus areas, teamwork, driving revenue, customer engagement and your own self-development. You’ll develop a forensic understanding of the agencies within your patch, knowing their structure, goals and planning ethos. You’ll be an absolute product expert for CCUK and push yourself hard to deliver revenue targets, account plan KPIs and maximise share. This is a fast-paced demanding role that allows you the opportunity to stretch and grow your career to the next level. Your day to day will be varied you’ll work on pitches, contribute ideas to support us in being more effective in sales and Strive to understand all advertiser plans, objectives & measures of success.

You’ll also;

  • Align effectively with trading counterparts to establish shared sales strategies & progress deals from pitch to booking
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure pitches are of consistently high quality & utilise existing work/insights
  • Accurately forecast agency revenues & communicate to your line manager
  • Maintain detailed agency account plans to ensure an informed & targeted sales approach
  • Manage upwards to coordinate effective Senior Agency personnel contact in your agencies
  • Be highly visible in your agencies through regular face-to-face meetings & other planned events
  • Present concise, insightful & engaging business arguments which influence media choices
  • Ensure all pitches respond to established advertiser objectives
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, always following-up & willing to go the extra mile
  • Continually develop your Out of Home & wider media understanding

Who are you?

You’ll be confident in your role as an Agency Account Manager, having experience within media sales already you’ll be comfortable communicating with people of all levels and developing an agency contact network.
