Description

Our client is a leading global commercial media trading company, helping advertisers to optimize their marketing budgets and create new distribution opportunities for their products and services. Working in collaboration with a client’s agency of record to provide an additional return on their marketing spend over and above what their agency delivers for them. Clients have the flexibility to choose how best to use the value afforded to them where their business needs it most. From helping to part-fund customer acquisition/retention programs to helping fund short-form video content to extend the work their current partners may be doing for them. GSK, Heineken, TUI and eBay are just a few of their clients who use their value to fund these much-needed services to support their brand(s).

Day to day role…

• Being aware of each trading agreement with agencies, clients & media owners
• Understanding the commercial strategy of each agency & media owner
• Account managing your allocated accounts to a high level of satisfaction
• Includes daily but not limited to phone calls, meetings and events where necessary
• Keeping your own black book of client contacts and keeping notes up to date to know when to check back in/ execute a plan
• We rely on you at all meetings to ensure you dig deep to get the information required to feedback to our internal team
• React quickly to any issues an agency/ client/ media owner may have and find appropriate solutions
• Build relationships to ensure repeat business, grow the companies profile and your own
• Be commercially minded to find new business opportunities within current agencies or sourcing new ones.
• Be approachable, visible and enjoy having fun
