Harrison Dear Sales are working exclusively with Alight Media, the fastest growing UK out-of-home media owner, challenging for a brighter out-of-home. They help advertisers achieve truly national reach through incremental cover, through the proven strength of classic formats and new, high quality digital infrastructure

The Role:

Alight Media are looking for an Account Manager / Account Director to grow revenues using their ability to foster strong relationships, pitch skills and media expertise. They are looking for a real team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and delivers excellent customer service with strategic sales solutions across Alight Media’s portfolio. The role demands proactivity, enthusiasm, passion and the determination to always find a way to make sales and move business forward.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets for your allocated agencies and clients
  • Write sales pitches and sales presentations
  • Respond timely and accurately to client briefs
  • Negotiate rates with agencies
  • Develop and nurture new and existing relationships with external partners
  • Apply your knowledge of the industry to provide relevant solutions for briefs and the development of proactive ideas
  • Companion-sell Alight Media and OOH as an industry alongside other media platforms to win business and drive revenue
  • Collaborate with OOH specialists and media agencies to grow sales opportunities
  • Report internally on progress and status of your patch
  • Organise and report monthly goals and KPIs.

 The candidate:

  • Knowledge of UK advertising & potentially the Out of Home market
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Proactive, innovative, motivated outlook and share the same passion for OOH as the team at Alight Media
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A personal commitment to being ethical, resilient, and determined to succeed
